Rates Includes :
- All rates are quoted nett in Malaysian Ringgit and are inclusive of 10% service charges and 5% government tax.
- Rates are quoted with breakfasts, 2 breakfasts for One Bedroom, 4 breakfasts for Two Bedroom and 6 breakfasts for 3 Bedroom.
- Rates during Peak Period are quoted with breakfasts as shown above and with additional complimentary Value Vouchers worth RM38.00, RM48.00 and RM68.00 nett per unit per night respectively.
- Rates for extra bed are quoted with 1 breakfast.
TERM & CONDITIONS :
- Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM45.00 nett per bed per night and Extra mattress is chargeable at RM30.00 nett per mattress per night with 1 breakfast.
- Weekends rates are meant for check in on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Peak Period are period within the weekends of Malaysian School Holidays, eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown below.
- Peak Period Rates shall apply on weekends of Malaysian School Holidays as per dates given below.
- During Peak Period rates are quoted with breakfasts and with additional complimentary Value Vouchers worth RM38.00, RM48.00 and RM68.00 nett per unit per night for One Bedroom, Two Bedroom & Three Bedroom Units respectively.
- Value Vouchers can be redeemed at F&B outlets, Ancasa Spa and Sport & recreation activities.
- Value Vouchers are valid for one visit, non transferable, not valid for promotional items and any unutilized Value Vouchers are non refundable in part of in total.
- Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
- Check In Time : 3.00 pm
- Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- Extended check-out during Peak Period :
- Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed
- After 6pm - one day's rate imposed - Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
- Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account, which shall be advised during confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
Normal Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 4 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
Peak Periods
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
Normal Period
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 4 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
Peak Periods
